智通财经APP讯，宏海控股集团(08020)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额约2100万港元至约2400万港元，而2024年同期则取得亏损净额约19万港元。该等亏损增加主要由于(i)自集团的品牌管理及营销咨询服务所获得的相对高利润率项目的数量大幅减少;(ii)宝安及福田游乐场以及香港“Ganawawa”店铺的营运亏损增加; (iii)为筹备即将开幕的位于澳门围绕国际IP品牌Nickelodeon的室内主题公园(公园总建筑面积约9000平方尺)，行政开支增加;及(iv)来自IP自动化及娱乐业务的贸易应收款项的减值拨备增加。集团的干散货航运及物流业务继续稳定增长，部分抵销上述影响。
