据 Cryptonews 报道，美国加州民主党参议员 Adam Schiff 周一提出《遏制官员收入和不披露法案》（COIN Act），拟禁止总统、副总统及其直系亲属在任期内从事任何加密货币相关商业活动。法案明确禁止发行、赞助或代言加密资产，包括迷因币、NFT 和稳定币，同时要求披露价值超 1，000 美元的数字资产交易。违规者将面临等值罚金及最高 5 年监禁。
