智通财经APP获悉，周二，文远知行(WRD.US)涨逾5%，报7.91美元。消息面上，知情人士透露，文远知行已秘密提交香港上市申请。该公司去年10月正式在美国纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌上市，成为全球通用自动驾驶公司第一股，也是全球Robotaxi第一股。
另外，今年5月，文远知行与Uber达成深化合作的重要协议，在启动行业内最大规模Robotaxi合作项目的同时，获得对方追加投资1亿美元。双方计划在未来五年内拓展至15座新城市，并将Robotaxi服务推广至欧洲、中东等海外市场，进一步推进自动驾驶技术的规模化应用。
