【环球网财经综合报道】自2021年6月21日首批基础设施公募REITs在沪深交易所挂牌上市以来，我国REITs市场实现跨越式发展。最新数据显示，经过四年发展，我国REITs市场总发行规模已突破1800亿元，总市值超过2000亿元，上市产品数量达66只，市场规模超越香港、新加坡及日本等成熟市场，跃居亚洲首位。
作为我国REITs市场建设的主力军，上交所表现尤为亮眼。据统计，上交所已上市REITs产品44只，占全市场比重近七成；发行规模约1230亿元，市值规模达1370亿元；2025年以来，沪市REITs日均成交额保持在4.37亿元水平，展现出良好的市场流动性。
市场分析人士指出，REITs作为新兴的权益类资产，能够在短期内实现快速发展，主要得益于市场化机制的不断完善。上交所通过持续夯实基础制度、推动市场扩容提质、强化投融互信等措施，构建了以市场化价格为核心的健康生态体系，为REITs市场高质量发展提供了有力支撑。
业内人士表示，随着我国基础设施领域持续深化改革和资本市场开放步伐加快，REITs市场有望继续保持良好发展态势，为投资者提供更多优质资产配置选择。（水手）
