智通财经APP讯，创新奇智(02121)发布公告，近日，公司与上海擎朗智能科技有限公司(擎朗智能)签署战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，公司与擎朗智能将共同开展技术合作、场景落地和市场推广等方面的合作，包括成立联合研发实验室，依托擎朗智能在具身智能机器人自主研发设计、规模化智造到全球化商业落地的全链条能力，以及创新奇智AInnoGC工业大模型技术平台和ChatRobot工业具身智能机器人技术栈，共同探索具身智能机器人技术在工业领域的创新应用方案。双方还将基于行业需求洞察，深度挖掘具身智能在工业自动化场景中的价值，联合研发具有行业竞争力的机器人解决方案，并积极推进商业化落地。
董事会认为，公司与擎朗智能在具身智能推动新型工业化发展方面具有高度共识。本着“发挥优势、整合资源、强强联合、互利共赢”的原则，双方建立战略合作关系，联合研发及推广适用工业领域的具身智能机器人解决方案，推动制造业从自动化向智能化的进一步升级。
