6月24日金融一线消息，中国人民银行宜春市分行行政处罚信息公示表显示，江西奉新农村商业银行因5项违法行为，被中国人民银行宜春市分行警告，并处罚款人民币41.3万元。该行的具体违法行为类型如下：

　　1．与身份不明的客户进行交易；

　　2．对外支付残缺、污损人民币；

　　3．提供个人不良信息，未事先告知信息主体本人；

　　4．集中支付退回业务处理不及时，占压财政资金；

　　5．未按规定对关键网络设备提供持续安全维护。

　　同时，徐某平（时任江西奉新农村商业银行副行长）、解某英（时任江西奉新农村商业银行电子银行部总经理）二人对该行“与身份不明的客户进行交易”的违法行为负责，分别被处罚款人民币1万元。
