智通财经APP讯，南方通信(01617)发布公告，于2025年6月13日，本公司间接全资附属公司Pacific Smart、买方超毅集团(香港)有限公司及东山精密订立买卖协议，Pacific Smart有条件同意出售且买方有条件同意购买待售股份，代价为2518.11万美元(相当于约人民币1.81亿元，以公告汇率换算)。
于买卖协议日期，待售股份占标的公司Source Photonics Holdings (Cayman) Limited约4.00%股权，且为Pacific Smart持有的标的公司全部A类优先股。
标的集团是光通信及数据连接先进技术解决方案的全球领先供应商。
由于本公司于标的公司持有的权益少于5%，故标的公司并非本公司附属公司。自本公司于2020年投资于标的公司的权益，本公司一直将该投资作为一项按公允价值计入损益的金融资产项下的单一项目呈列于本公司合并财务状况表及合并损益及其他综合收益表。因此，本公司并未将标的公司财务资料并入本公司的合并财务报表。
本公司已向联交所申请股份自2025年6月24日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
