智通财经APP讯，新城悦服务(01755)公布，于2025年6月18日，公司接获联交所函件，当中载列公司股份于联交所恢复买卖的指引。根据复牌指引，公司须：
(a) 对关联方资金往来进行适当的独立法证调查，评估其对公司业务运营及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救行动;
(b) 公布上市规则要求的所有尚未公布的财务业绩，并处理任何审核修订;
(c) 证明就集团管理层及╱或任何对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格不存在可能会给投资者带来风险并损害市场信心的合理监管忧虑;
(d) 进行独立的内部监控审查，并证明公司已制定充足的内部监控及程序以遵守上市规则;
(e) 证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条;及
(f) 向市场披露所有重大资料，以便公司股东及其他投资者评估本公司状况。
公司股份继续停牌。
