智通财经APP讯，洪桥集团(08137)发布公告，自股东周年大会结束时起，燕卫民先生退任非执行董事，而陈振伟先生、马刚先生及夏峻先生各自退任独立非执行董事。
黄永忠先生、王宝刚先生及王纪伟博士各自已获委任为独立非执行董事，自于2025年6月23日举行的股东周年大会结束时起生效。
于彼等退任后，陈振伟先生不再担任审核委员会主席以及提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员;马刚先生不再担任审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员;及夏峻先生不再担任薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
自于2025年6月23日举行的股东周年大会结束时起，顾文婷女士已获委任为提名委员会成员并不再担任薪酬委员会成员;许兵先生已获委任为薪酬委员会成员并不再担任提名委员会成员;黄永忠先生已获委任为薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;王宝刚先生已获委任为审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员;王纪伟博士已获委任为审核委员会主席以及提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自之成员。
