据36氪，美国私募股权机构KKR拟收购一家中国饮料公司85%股权，猜测是大窑饮品。“这笔交易谈了一年。”一位接近交易的知情人士告诉记者。对此消息，大窑方面回应记者称：不予置评。另据了解，2024年，大窑营收在数十亿元左右。此前有消息称，大窑饮品正筹备最快2025年下半年在香港的IPO。从目前的结果来看，与许多想趁着市场行情不错扎堆上市的消费公司不同，大窑的创始团队选择了另外一条路。作为并购起家的老牌PE，KKR素有“华尔街收购之王”之称，行业内评价其“出手稳健、不讲故事”，也是全球历史最悠久、经验最丰富的私募股权投资机构之一。
