智通财经APP讯，北京燃气蓝天(06828)发布公告，于2025年6月23日，公司(作为借款人)与一家银行订立一份一年期融资协议，内容有关本金额最高达2亿港元等值的非承诺定期贷款融资。融资的每笔提款均须于公司在每笔提款开始时所选择的相应一个月、两个月、三个月或六个月利息期间的最后一日全数偿还。融资的到期日应为自融资首次提款当日起计一年。
