Construction contractor Skymission Group (HKG:1429) expects a net loss of between HK$95 million and HK$105 million for the year ended March 31, up from HK$32.4 million a year prior, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The wider anticipated loss comes about amid challenges in Hong Kong's construction industry, a slowdown in the property market, intense competition, and an additional provision for expected credit loss on trade receivables and contract assets among other factors.
