IT之家 6 月 22 日消息，Reddit 用户 @deus03690 发帖称其非常郁闷，其 30 年来积累的无数“珍贵照片和工作资料”因为 OneDrive账户被微软无预警、无理由冻结而完全无法访问。

据称，他已经按规定提交了 18 次申诉，但收到的全是系统自动回复，“没有人工客服，没有任何实质进展，有的只是自动回复和无尽的沉默。”

据其描述，他之前搬家时因空间、资金限制，选择将旧硬盘中的数据全量迁移到了新购买的 OneDrive 上，并计划后续转存至新硬盘，但账户突遭冻结，导致所有数据无法访问，微软在此期间未曾提供任何违规警告或封禁理由。他称其是“卡夫卡式的企业疏忽黑洞”。

由于账户里存有大量珍贵数据，他表示自己不得不考虑通过法律诉讼来恢复账户，但这个过程可能需要很长时间，并且谁也无法保证微软能够将数据保留到诉讼结束的那一天。

IT之家查询发现，微软确实有关于 OneDrive 使用条款的说明，例如在超过 365 天没有登录的情况下账户可能会被删除，但这位网友的案例显然不符合这一情况。

网友推测可能是大量数据上传意外触发系统预警（如版权保护机制），但微软迄今未回应具体原因。专家建议用户遵循 3-2-1 备份原则（即 3 份副本、2 种介质、1 份异地存储）。
