青岛日报社/观海新闻6月22日讯 6月20日，青岛港董家口港区港投万邦矿石码头工程顺利通过交工验收。市交通运输局、市交通工程建设和质量安全技术中心，项目建设单位、设计单位、施工单位和监理单位以及多名业内专家参加交工验收会议。

该工程新建30万吨级铁矿石泊位（水工结构按靠泊40万吨散货船设计）1个，设计年通过能力1600万吨，以及相应配套设施。工程建成投产后，将进一步提升腹地铁矿石贸易运输效益，放大董家口港区辐射带动能力，打开更新更大的海陆空间，助推港口结构调整和转型升级，与2016年已建成的第一座40万吨矿石码头形成“比翼齐飞”的新发展格局，为青岛港提升货物吞吐能力和国际竞争力提供重要支撑，为加快建设世界一流海洋港口打下坚实基础。

下一步，市交通运输局将加强与交通运输部、省交通运输厅等上级单位汇报沟通，加快完成竣工验收工作，助力项目早日投产，为加快推动青岛国际航运中心建设贡献力量。（青岛日报/观海新闻记者 周建亮）
