Odaily星球日报讯 香港财政司司长陈茂波发表司长随笔，其中指出：截至今年三月底香港注册基金数目达 976 个，按年录得超过 440 亿美元的资金净流入，增长 285%。香港科学园和数码港两大创科旗舰共培育和支持了 22 家上市公司和 20 家独角兽企业，即使目前非住宅物业市场仍然偏弱，但有资深投资者整幢买入在天后的商厦作为 Web3 生态发展的汇聚点，把握香港在 Web3 方面的新发展，Web3 企业相继在港承租写字楼以开展业务，估计这些需求会继续出现。
