北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮） 6月22 日，北京商报记者从港交所获悉，近日椰子水品牌if母公司IFBH发布公告称，公司于6月20日至6月24日招股，预期定价日不迟于6月26日；发售价为每股发售股份25.30-27.80港元，中信证券为独家保荐人；预期股份将于6月30日开始在联交所买卖；瑞银、正大谢吉人、IDG等豪华基石阵容加持，此次上市募资预计将用于加强仓配能力；品牌建设；巩固在中国内地的市场地位及渗透程度，拓展澳洲、美洲及东南亚的业务；提升创新能力；在亚洲、北美或澳洲组建策略联盟及进行收购，借此扩展业务等。
