Northpointe Bancshares Inc. has appointed Gary Dykstra as its principal accounting officer, effective March 28, 2025. Dykstra, who is currently Senior Vice President and Controller, has been with the company since February 2020. He succeeds Bradley T. Howes, who will continue in his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dykstra brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Bank of America Corporation and other financial institutions.
