据悉，目标集团的主要资产为目标物业，目标物业位于中国四川省乐山市市中区人民西路23号，地盘面积约为3,111.96平方米。
经考虑集团及目标集团的财务状况;中国房地产行业的营商环境挑战重重;及目标物业的现况，尤其是需要额外资本投资╱融资为集团带来正面回报，董事会认为，此乃按协定价格出售目标公司的良机，可让余下集团减少负债水平，从而增强余下集团的整体财务状况。
