Destination XL Group Inc. has finalized a significant amendment to its existing lease agreement with 555 TNPK 74 Owner, LLC, related to its headquarters and distribution center in Canton, Massachusetts. The amended lease extends the term for seven years, starting February 1, 2026, and ending January 31, 2033, with a monthly base rent of $479,765, subject to a 3% annual increase. Additionally, the landlord will provide an improvement allowance of $4,719,000 for repairs and enhancements. The amendment also offers an option for three successive five-year extensions at a fair market rent.
