2025年北约各国国防支出目标对比
美国总统特朗普自上任以来多次呼吁北约盟友将国内生产总值(GDP)的5%用于国防开支。根据经合组织的数据，下图列举包括北约成员国在内的20个国家2024年国防开支在GDP中的占比与2025年国防支出目标的对比。
其中，英国、法国和德国在大型经济体中处于领先地位，2024年国防支出分别占GDP的2.3%、2.1%和1.9%，对比2025年的目标分别为2.5%、3.5%和2%。包括卢森堡、比利时和西班牙在内的几个西欧国家以及日本，2024年国防支出占GDP的1%至1.4%，均低于2%的目标。东欧国家的国防支出排名最高，拉脱维亚、立陶宛2024年国防支出占比分别为3.3%和3.1%(超过北约2%的威慑基准)，但距离2025年5%的目标仍有较大差距。
