快科技6月23日消息，据媒体报道，明年的iPhone 18系列将首发搭载A20芯片，这颗处理器首发采用台积电2nm制造工艺，消息称台积电已提前为苹果建立专属产线，为2026年的大规模量产做好准备。

据悉，iPhone 18系列搭载的A20芯片将从前代的InFo封装技术升级为WMCM（晶圆级多芯片模块）封装，从技术层面看，这两种封装方式差异显著。

其中WMCM的优势在于能在同一封装体内集成多颗芯片，这种方法可实现更复杂的系统集成，例如将CPU、GPU、DRAM及其他定制加速器（如AI/ML芯片）紧密封装在同一模块中，它在芯片布局上更具灵活性，支持垂直堆叠或并列放置不同类型的芯片，同时优化芯片间的通信效率。

台积电计划于2025年底启动2nm芯片的量产，苹果将成为首批采用新工艺的厂商， 为服务大客户苹果，台积电已在嘉义P1晶圆厂设立专属产线，预计到2026年，该产线的WMCM封装月产能将达1万件。

值得注意的是，iPhone 18系列不会全部都上2nm工艺，苹果分析师郭明𫓹指出，出于成本考量，iPhone 18系列中可能仅有Pro机型采用台积电的2nm，他还认为，得益于新封装工艺，iPhone 18 Pro将配备12GB内存。

由此看来，今年下半年登场的iPhone 17 Pro系列将是苹果史上最后一代采用3nm制程的Pro机型。
