智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月20日，立桥证券控股(08350)股东将股票存入立桥证券，存仓市值2592万港元，占比16.67%。
近期立桥证券控股发布公告，于2025年5月7日，本公司作为买方与卖方(许楚家及张美娟)作为卖方签订买卖协议，当中本公司有条件地同意收购及卖方有条件地同意出售待售股份，代表标的公司(海山股份有限公司)的所有已发行股权，总代价为3500万港元，将透过发行代价债券向卖方支付。
