Magnetic Resources (ASX:MAU) said deeper infill drilling at Lady Julie North 4 within the Lady Julie project in Western Australia boosted confidence in the mineralization's continuity and the resource estimate, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The project has seen its overall resource increase by 22% to 2.1 million ounces of gold, also contributing to the total resource for the Laverton region, which now stands at 2.3 million ounces, the filing said.
The project is currently in an advanced feasibility stage, set to be completed this quarter, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 1% in morning trade Monday.
