消息面上，6月23日，和铂医药-B发布公告，该集团已与大冢制药株式会社(“大冢”)订立全球战略合作协议，以推进用于治疗自身免疫性疾病的BCMAxCD3 双特异性T细胞衔接器HBM7020。根据该协议，大冢获授予在全球范围内(不包括大中华区，即中国内地、中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾省地区)开发、制造及商业化HBM7020的独家授权。
根据该协议的条款，公司有权获得总计47百万美元的首期及近期付款，并在实现特定开发及商业化里程碑时，有权获得高达6.23亿美元的潜在里程碑付款，以及未来净销售额的分层特许权使用费。此次战略合作为两家公司未来在T细胞衔接器领域的潜在合作奠定了基础。
