6月23日，联合资信公布评级报告，陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司2025年面向专业机构投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第一期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，陕西延长石油（集团）有限责任公司（以下简称“公司”）作为中国有石油和天然气勘探开采资质的四家大型集团公司之一，在行业地位、产业结构及经营规模等方面继续保持优势。2024年，公司油气探明储量、油气以及原油加工量继续增长；同期，公司化工产品产销量小幅增长。公司整体营业收入及毛利率小幅提升。公司整体经营风险非常低。跟踪期内，公司主业盈利及获现能力很强，经营活动产生现金持续大额净流入，同时负债及全部债务小幅增长，债务指标表现较为稳定，偿债能力指标表现有所增强。但所有者权益中有较大规模的永续债券，若公司行使赎回权，偿债压力将进一步加大。综合考虑公司所处行业存在较高的进入壁垒以及很强的财务弹性等因素，公司有望通过持续经营增强其偿债保障。同时，公司作为陕西省龙头企业之一，公司对陕西省经济发展贡献较大，为政府重点扶持企业，政府支持力度大，公司整体偿债能力表现仍极强，本报告所跟踪债券违约概率极低。
