智通财经APP获悉，中国罕王(03788)午后涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.72%，报2.12港元，成交额1063.23万港元。
第一上海指出，中国罕王是一家拥有逾30年运营历史的国际化矿业及金属集团公司，铁矿业务稳定提供现金流。公司向黄金开采逐步转型，迈入业务发展新阶段，目前公司金矿业务主要集中在澳洲，拥有北澳Mt Bundy和西澳Cygnet两个金矿项目，合计总资源量472万盎司。2025年公司将聚焦Cygnet金矿的勘探工作并推进后续生产建设计划，并计划两年之内转型成为一家黄金生产企业。
该行指出，中国罕王24年宣布拟出售北澳Mt Bundy矿山。但买家仍欠缺中国政府有关部门的外汇审批以及澳大利亚外国投资审查委员会(FIRB)的审批，若在2025年7月1日前买方未能通过相应审核，出让协议将不再生效，公司可无损失回收矿山资产。此外，2024年公司对西澳Cygnet项目增持至93.37%，目前公司正在进行第二阶段的勘探计划，预计8月完成可研报告，并进行后续生产经营以及产量规划，今年三季度将提交环评计划，预计2026年1月开工，并于2027年下半年投产；公司于2025年3月完成收购Corinthia金矿。
