2025年6月20日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，南昌轨道交通集团有限公司2022年度第二期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为南昌市作为江西省的省会城市，政治经济地位重要，经济财政实力及增长能力在江西省各地级市中领先，潜在的支持能力很强；南昌轨道交通集团有限公司（以下简称“南昌轨道”或“公司”）作为南昌市唯一的轨道建设和运营主体，对南昌市政府的重要性极高，得到了南昌市政府有力的支持。同时，中诚信国际预计，南昌轨道将凭借良好的区域环境、重要的平台地位以及业务竞争优势，持续稳定开展业务，维持资本市场认可度，再融资能力保持强劲；同时，需关注土地及房地产政策变化带来的不确定性以及债务规模增长较快且后期建设资金需求较大对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，南昌轨道交通集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
