宏利亚洲总裁兼首席执行官Steve Finch表示，香港是亚洲板块中业务最大贡献的地区，集团目标至2027年，亚洲区核心收益占整体50%。他又指集团是香港最大强积金计划供应商，亦在多方面服务客户，认为宏利金融-S(00945.HK) 旗下宏利人寿保险迁册至香港合乎逻辑，反映对本港继续巩固作为区内及全球金融中心地位的信心，亦反映出集团对本港的长期承诺。
