Koonenberry Gold (ASX:KNB) intersected gold mineralization from its sixth diamond drillhole at its Enmore gold project's Sunnyside prospect in New South Wales, Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results include 107 meters at 1.14 grams per tonne gold from 189 meters, including 80.5 meters at 1.45 g/t gold from 193.5 meters.
This hole has extended mineralisation by about 40 meters to the southwest of another hole, confirming continuity and increasing confidence, the filing added.
Gold mineralisation remains open up-dip and at depth as well as along strike in the preferred granite host rock, the company added.
The company said it's funded to continue exploration across its projects, including above 10,000 meters planned drilling at Enmore with AU$10.35 million in cash.
The company's shares fell 6% in recent Monday trade.
