2025年6月20日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，泸州老窖集团有限责任公司2022年度第三期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于泸州老窖集团有限责任公司（以下简称“老窖集团”或“公司”）旗下泸州老窖品牌地位很高、经营获现能力很强，公司本部持有上市子公司市值规模大且均未质押、对本部融资能力形成较好支持，以及融资渠道畅通、备用流动性充足等因素均对未来发展起到了良好支撑。同时，中诚信国际也关注到宏观经济变化对酒类消费产生扰动，贸易业务规模大但毛利率偏低、应收及预付账款资金占用规模较大，以及债务规模持续增长、本部债务较集中等因素对其经营及整体信用状况的影响。
中诚信国际认为，泸州老窖集团有限责任公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
