BlockBeats 消息，6 月 24 日，Metaplanet Inc. 宣布，公司董事会已决议批准向其全资美国子公司 Metaplanet Treasury Corp（位于佛罗里达州）追加最高达 50 亿美元的资本金。旨在强化全球比特币财库管理业务，并提升国际市场的执行能力。
随着初始资本化阶段顺利完成，公司现已进入更为积极的扩张阶段。本次追加资本金将大幅加速公司于 2025 年 6 月 6 日公布的“5.55 亿美元计划”的推进，同时进一步落实 Metaplanet 致力于成为全球比特币金库管理领导者的长期战略。
Metaplanet 的目标是在 2027 年底前持有 21 万枚比特币。本次资本金追加预计对公司本财年合并财务业绩的影响有限。如有重大进展，公司将及时披露。
