2025年6月23日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国中化股份有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第十期)(品种二)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国中化股份有限公司（以下简称“中化股份”或“公司”）业务多元化程度较高、经营规模扩大，产业链相对完整，具有突出的行业地位、城市运营板块具有显著的品牌优势和区域布局优势以及银行可使用授信充足，融资渠道畅通等方面的优势对公司整体信用实力提供了有力支持。同时，中诚信国际关注到化工产品供需形势和价格变动对公司盈利产生不利影响、债务规模和财务杠杆快速提升，母公司财务杠杆处于很高水平、经营性占款以及关联方往来规模较大、房地产行业供需格局关系变化、合联营项目款项收回情况有待关注等因素对公司经营及信用状况的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国中化股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
