周一,高盛宣布在全公司范围内推出名为“GS AI Assistant”的AI助手,旨在提高员工生产力,正式加入华尔街大行利用AI技术提升运营效率的竞赛。
GS AI Assistant的主要功能包括总结复杂文档、起草初稿内容以及进行数据分析。这些功能旨在帮助员工更高效地处理日常任务,尤其是在需要快速消化大量信息或生成初步报告的场景中。
据报道援引高盛首席信息官Marco Argenti发送的内部备忘录,该银行目前已有约1万名员工在使用这款AI工具,显示出该项目已在内部获得初步验证。
此前,多家大型金融机构已率先部署AI工具来优化运营流程。
据报道,花旗集团推出了Citi Assist和Citi Stylus,前者用于搜索内部政策和流程,后者专注于文档总结和比较;摩根士丹利则开发了面向金融顾问与客户互动的聊天机器人;美国银行的虚拟助手Erica则服务于零售客户的日常交易需求。
这些案例表明,AI技术在银行业中的应用已从试验阶段走向深度整合,覆盖从内部管理到客户服务的多个环节。
