* 中国电商巨头--阿里巴巴9988.HK周二盘中一度涨2.2%，投行料饿了么等业务的整合有利其获得流量，并深化业务协同。
* 阿里巴巴首席执行官吴泳铭周一通过全员邮件表示，即日起，饿了么、飞猪并入阿里中国电商事业群；饿了么、飞猪继续保持公司化管理模式，业务决策执行上与中国电商事业群集中目标、统一作战。
* 投行花旗报告指出，饿了么在即时零售业务--淘宝闪购内的日订单已超过6,000万，这应该加强了阿里在本地生活业务加强促销补贴的信心。新一轮的整合有利饿了么、淘宝闪购获取更多资本、流量扶持和协同效应。
* 不过花旗也指出，中国主流电商平台间将开展新一轮竞争，这可能会导致更高的开支和利润率压力。维持对阿里巴巴的“买入”评级，目标标165港元/股。（完）
