据香港《南华早报》网站6月19日报道，中国4月将美国国债持有量削减至16年来的低点。美国国债长期占据着全球最安全资产的地位，而北京与华盛顿的贸易战升级令市场对美债的地位感到担忧。

　　根据美国财政部发布的最新数据，北京持有的美国国债4月降至约7570亿美元，较3月减少82亿美元。根据万得信息技术股份有限公司整理的数据，4月的数字标志着连续第二个月下降，也是2009年3月以来的最低水平。

　　中国已于3月在美国国债海外持有者中跌至第三位（排在日本和英国之后）。中国继续稳步减持美国国债，这一趋势始于特朗普的第一个总统任期。
