智通财经APP获悉，腾讯最大股东、荷兰科技投资公司Prosus(PROSY.US)在首席执行官Fabricio Bloisi领导下调整战略后，2025财年调整后的息税前利润(EBIT)转正。财报显示，Prosus 2025财年核心总收益为74亿美元，同比增长47%，超出该公司目标;调整后的EBIT为1.79亿美元，上年息税前亏损为1.18亿美元。此外，Prosus的自由现金流(不包括从腾讯持股中获得的股息)由负转正，从2024财年的负2.35亿美元攀升至2025财年的3600万美元。
由南非科技投资公司Naspers控股的Prosus正从投资集团向生活方式科技公司转型。自2024年7月上任首席执行官以来，Fabricio Bloisi致力于在2028年年中之前将集团的整体市值翻倍。美国银行此前在一份报告中强调，这一战略转变是关键推动力，可能提升财务收益并改变其投资定位。
Prosus在一份声明中表示：“我们的运营正在通过创新和人工智能不断改善，同时我们也在建立更强的联系。我们预计区域生态系统业务的增长速度将继续快于同行，并变得日益有利可图。”与此同时，Prosus首席财务官Nico Marais在声明中表示：“我们预计这一势头将持续，2026财年全年调整后EBIT至少将实现同等水平的增量。”
