　　汇丰银行HSBC（00005.HK）上周传出考虑全球减少员工在家工作（WFH），研究执行每周至少

　　3天办公室工作。

　　彭博社引述匿名消息指，汇丰需要在未来数周决定是否需要在英国伦敦、印度班加罗尔和海得拉巴、中国广州租用更多办公室，以支持新政策，并指该政策将令到汇丰每年开支增约2亿美元（约15.7亿港元）。

　　报道形容，汇丰缩减WFH安排或影响CFO艾桥智年度15亿美元的节省开支计划。为了推行艾桥智的节流计划，汇丰激活近代最大规模的组织架构重组，将业务整合成4大板块。

　　在汇丰前任CEO祈耀年掌舵时，汇丰曾计划将全球物业组合缩减40%，并身体力行放弃私人办公室。

　　报道指出，汇丰计划明年开始从其位于金丝雀码头（Canary Wharf）的现有总部搬迁至新总部，将面临高达7700张办公桌位短缺。

　　另外，汇丰分别需要在班加罗尔（Bangalore）、海得拉巴（Hyderabad）和广州分别新增3，000

　　至3，500张办公桌位，才得以支持三大后台技术重镇的员工‘每周三天返办公室’。汇丰在上述3个城市分别聘用1.2万至1.45万人。

　　截至去年底，汇丰拥有约21.1万名全职员工。在全球大型银行中，汇丰对混合办公的管控相对宽松，而许多同行早已开始强制要求员工更频繁地回到办公室。
