据海关发布，近日，北京海关所属大兴机场海关关员对出境航班进行监管时，发现一名旅客的行李物品机检图像异常。经开箱查验，现场关员在其托运行李中查获印有“POP MART”(泡泡玛特)品牌标识的玩偶和包装盒。经清点，共查获玩偶952个，塑料包装袋及纸质包装盒1586件。经询问，旅客自述携带上述物品出境用于售卖谋利。现场关员初步判断存在较大侵权嫌疑。经权利人确认，上述玩偶及包装未经授权使用“POP MART”标识，侵犯“POP MART”商标权，并向海关申请知识产权保护。目前，海关已依法扣留该批货物。
