SBS Holdings (TYO:2384) said its consolidated subsidiary SBS Ricoh Logistics System Co. will change its name to SBS Nexthird Co. starting Jan. 1, 2026, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The name change, pending approval at a board meeting and shareholder meeting in November, reflects the subsidiary's focus on next-generation 3PL solutions that integrate IT and logistics technology.
