智通财经APP讯，第一太平(00142)发布公告，因应策略基础投资者的潜在要求，Maynilad已更新其有关建议分拆及上市的时间表。Maynilad已向菲律宾证券及交易委员会及菲律宾证券交易所提交最新时间表。Maynilad继续与监管机构协调，并正在进行建议分拆及上市的一切所需规定。根据提交予证交会及菲律宾证券交易所的最新时间表，Maynilad于菲律宾证券交易所主板上市的目标日期将为不迟于2025年10月底，交易代号为“MYNLD”。
建议分拆及上市仍须待取得证交会注册令(Order of Registration)及要约发售证券许可证明书(Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale)以及完全符合监管条件后方可作实。
