智通财经APP讯，鸿伟亚洲(08191)发布公告，于2025年6月24日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，认购人有条件同意认购而公司有条件同意配发及发行合共1053.1万股股份(分两批等额发行526.55万股新股份)，认购价每股认购股份0.151港元，较股份于2025年6月24日(即认购协议日期)在联交所所报的收市价每股0.188港元折让约19.68%。认购股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
认购事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为159.02万港元及150万港元，拟用作集团日常营运资金。
