This 225-key, full-service hotel, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, was developed by The Athens Group and Hatteras Sky and completed in 2024. The acquisition marks Safehold's 150th ground lease, expanding its diversified portfolio to nearly $7 billion nationwide. The Asher Adams hotel is strategically located near The Gateway, a mixed-use development, and the Delta Center, enhancing its value in the growing hospitality market.
