智通财经APP讯，华盛国际控股(01323)发布公告，集团预期将于截至2025年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占未经审核净亏损约9500万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度取得约3140万港元。
于本年度，上述公司拥有人应占净亏损增加主要由于：混凝土业务毛利较上一年度减少约7110万港元带来负面影响，乃由于在经济不明朗及更严格监管的情况下，房地产行业低迷，导致新建住宅及商业建设项目减少;本年度大型公共项目暂时放缓导致基建支出减少，及预拌商品混凝土产品的售价下降亦压缩了公司的毛利率，从而导致对预拌商品混凝土产品需求大幅下降;应收贸易账款、应收保固金及其他应收款项减值亏损较上一年度增加约790万港元;及于本年度出售放债业务所产生的出售附属公司的一次性亏损约1480万港元。
