Bayzed Health Raises HK$468 Million in Net Proceeds from Hong Kong IPO; Prices Deal at Bottom End of Range

Bayzed Health Group (HKG:2609) raised HK$467.8 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a Friday after-market filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The oncology-focused healthcare services provider offered 133,105,800 shares priced at HK$4.22 apiece, the lower end of the indicative price range of as high as HK$6.75.

The public offering of the deal was 25.92 times subscribed, resulting in a total of 16,238,400 shares offered under this component, following the reallocation of 2,927,400 shares from the international offering.

The international offering was 0.98 time subscribed, and the number of shares offered was reduced to 116,867,400 following the reallocation.

Bayzed Health will make its trading debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Monday, June 23, when the opening bell sounds at 9am.
