智通财经APP讯，卓越教育集团(03978)发布公告，于2025年6月23日，董事会决议根据受限制股份单位计划向集团54名雇员(概非公司关连人士)授出合共191.3万份受限制股份单位，但须待承授人接纳后方可作实。此次授出的目的是为承授人提供拥有公司股权的机会，奖励彼等为集团作出的贡献，以及激励彼等为集团得未来发展及提升而努力。
