Odaily星球日报讯 三名前 Coral Capital Holdings 高管 Patrick Horsman、Joshua Kruger 和 Johnathan Pasch 正在推进一项募资 1 亿美元的计划，拟通过其控股的一家纳斯达克上市公司收购并持有 BNB 代币。 消息人士透露，该公司将在募资完成后更名为 Build & Build Corporation，并正式开始建立以 BNB 为核心的公司金库（treasury）。若成功落地，将成为首家以 BNB 作为核心储备资产的上市公司。 此举被认为是继 Michael Saylor 旗下 Strategy 将比特币作为公司金库后，又一类“加密金库”操作的演变。近年来，已有包括 Tether、软银集团、川普旗下社交媒体公司等多家机构跟进加密资产持仓计划，其中部分公司已转向以太坊、Solana 等非比特币主流代币。（彭博社）
