杜超加入小鹏汇天出任小鹏汇天CFO、副总裁。据了解杜超在德银的十年间牵头完成数十个境外上市融资和跨境并购项目；其后加入一起教育科技集团任职CFO负责该公司的财务、战略、商业分析、投资者关系及法务工作并带领公司完成美国纳斯达克上市。小鹏汇天透露此前汇天一直没有CFO属于正常的人才引进。公司未来会有IPO计划但现阶段还是专注研发和量产。
