智通财经APP获悉，美图公司(01357)早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.33%，报8.1港元，成交额5.16亿港元。
消息面上，5月20日，美图公司宣布与阿里巴巴签署2.5亿美元可转债协议，阿里巴巴以可转债的形式投资美图，为期3年，年利率为1%，可在发行日起至到期日前5个工作日行使转换权，按每股6港元的价格转换为美图公司股票（若债券全部转换，阿里巴巴将成为重要股东之一，持股比例约为6.85%）。同时双方还将在电商平台、AI技术、云计算等领域展开战略合作。
申万宏源发布研报称，美图24年下半年以来加大投入，已经在海外多地设立办公室并招聘海外工作人员，并将业务骨干投向海外市场拓展业务。“AI发型”、“AI换装”等爆款AI功能发布推动美图海外MAU重回增长通道。美图toC产品海外出圈实际上是技术积累进步+文化相似性共振+本地化运营的结果，BeautyCam（美颜相机海外版），Meitu（美图秀秀海外版）在海外均起量。toB海外产品也已上线，是中长期期权。
