汇聚科技(01729)再涨超7%，高见7.49港元创历史新高，月内累计涨幅超四成。截至发稿，涨6.9%，报7.44港元，成交额3748.56万港元。

消息面上，6月19日，汇聚科技发布公告，董事会已批准对会计政策及会计估计进行变更。公司的租赁土地及楼宇的会计政策由重估模式变更为成本模式，且厂房及机器的折旧方法由余额递减法变更为直线法。这些变更自2025年1月1日起生效，旨在使会计政策与立讯精密有限公司一致，从而降低内部报告的行政成本，并便于比较财务表现。

据悉，2022年2月，立讯精密通过其子公司香港立讯精密有限公司收购汇聚科技，收购完成后，立讯精密持有汇聚科技74.67%的股权。随着GB200带动高速铜连接，以及特斯拉dojo、谷歌TPU等使用定制铜缆或DAC&AEC作为短距互联方案的趋势，汇聚科技市场前景广阔。此外，国金证券指出，汇聚科技有望被纳入恒生综合小型股指数，且满足流通市值大于50亿港元的标准，进而有望进入港股通名单。
