智通财经APP讯，中国金石(01380)发布公告，于2025年6月24日，公司与债权人(曾境烽先生)订立贷款资本化协议，据此，双方有条件同意，债权人贷款项下本金额235.5万港元及应计利息约59,359港元将透过按发行价每股资本化股份0.170港元向债权人配发及发行1420.2万股资本化股份悉数结清。于完成后，欠付债权人的贷款将被视为已悉数偿还。
发行价每股资本化股份0.170港元较6月24日收市价每股0.187港元折让约9.09%。资本化股份相当于本公告日期已发行股份约4.20%;及紧随完成后经配发及发行资本化股份扩大的已发行股份约4.03%(假设除配发及发行资本化股份外，于本公告日期至完成期间已发行股份总数并无变动)。
